1. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees, and their immediate families of iNTERTAIN Ltd, their associated companies, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Entries to the competition are via entry cards which can be found and completed in highlight venues.

2. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

3. To enter the promotion you must successfully fill out a printed entry form completing all sections including correctly answering ‘who sponsor’s our live comedy?’

4. Any instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition and in the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

5. All entries must be received by the Promoter before the promotion closes on 31st January 2012.

6. Entrants are not limited as to the number of nominations of licensed premises that are made, however there will be only one entry per entrant entered into the promotion.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.

8. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person after the Closing Date and will be contacted by 15th January 2012 using the details provided to enter the promotion.

9. The prize is a 16GB iPad 2 with Wi-Fi. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.

11. If the prize or any aspect of it is declined, the winner cannot make take up the prize or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, each aspect of the prize will be forfeited and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

12. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.

13. To obtain the names and county of the winner, please send a stamped SAE to iNTERTAIN ltd Rowley House, South Herts Office Campus, Elstree Way Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1JH

14. You may be asked to take part in promotional activities and to provide digital photographs of you for use on a promotional website or in the Promoter’s marketing material. It is a condition of entry that you agree to such use if you win and to sign any necessary promotional releases relating to your image rights.

15. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this competition, including providing the winner with the prize. Your details are not collected by or shared with Facebook for the purposes of this promotion.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or change details of the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions without notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

17. The decision of the Promoter on any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

19. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
